About the Programme
Our Graduate Programme is designed to provide you with both theoretical knowledge and hands-on practical experience in wholesale and retail operations. Upon successful completion, you’ll earn a National Certificate in Wholesale & Retail Operations, a nationally recognized qualification that will open doors throughout your career.
This 12-month structured learning experience will immerse you in the fast-paced world of automotive parts distribution, giving you invaluable insights into supply chain management, customer service, inventory control, and the operational excellence that drives our business forward.
Where You’ll Work
We’re offering placements across multiple locations to give you the best learning experience possible:
- Gauteng – Our Meadowview Head Office and various branches
- Limpopo – Regional branch locations
- Cape Town – Western Cape operations
This multi-location approach ensures you’ll gain diverse experience and understand how our operations function across different markets and regions.
Who We’re Looking For
We’re seeking motivated, energetic individuals who hold qualifications in:
- Business Administration / Management – Perfect for those interested in operational leadership and strategic planning
- Finance – Ideal for analytical minds who want to understand the financial backbone of automotive retail
- Information Technology (IT) – For tech-savvy graduates ready to drive digital transformation in the industry

Essential Requirements
To be considered for this life-changing opportunity, you must:
- Be 35 years of age or younger
- Hold a valid Matric certificate
- Possess a qualification in Business Administration/Management, Finance, or IT
- Not have previously participated in a SETA Learnership
- Be a South African citizen or permanent resident
