You’ll be expected to deliver quality work within agreed timelines, meet performance milestones, and uphold the high standards that define PG Bison’s reputation.
This rotational programme ensures you won’t be confined to a single department. Instead, you’ll gain broad exposure to multiple facets of mechanical engineering within manufacturing, from maintenance and process optimization to equipment design and project implementation.

We want driven individuals who demonstrated strong academic performance during their studies and possess a genuine passion for mechanical engineering. You should be reliable, organized, and committed to continuous learning and self-development. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential, as is the ability to work collaboratively in teams while demonstrating emerging leadership qualities.
Proficiency in computer applications, particularly Excel and CAD software, is crucial. Most importantly, you should be eager to learn, adaptable to change, and ready to contribute your fresh perspective to our experienced teams.

You’ll receive continuous mentorship and guidance from experienced engineers, gaining insights that only real-world experience can provide. The exposure to diverse engineering disciplines will give you a comprehensive understanding of manufacturing operations rarely available in graduate roles.
