1. CSIR/AGRISETA Science & Technology Internships (Pretoria)

Are you a recent graduate in the sciences or engineering? This programme, delivered in partnership with AGRISETA, is your gateway to practical application of academic knowledge in state-of-the-art research facilities.

Join our Geospatial Modelling and Analysis Research Group within the Next Generation Enterprises and Institutions Cluster. This role is perfect for commerce graduates passionate about the intersection of business, technology, and analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop structured solution portfolios including use cases, value propositions, and competitive analysis
• Conduct sector research and produce strategic briefs on market trends and opportunities
• Identify and map target organisations and decision-makers for business development
• Prepare professional client briefs, meeting materials, and outreach communications
• Maintain engagement tracking systems and manage opportunity pipelines

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor of Commerce degree in Management Sciences
• Strong interest in business analytics and technology
• Excellent research, synthesis, and business writing skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
• Professional communication abilities with stakeholder engagement experience
• Self-motivated with strong organisational and execution capabilities
