The Opportunity

You’ll gain hands-on experience across critical HR functions including Learning and Development, Recruitment, Employee Relations, and HR Operations, all while working alongside seasoned professionals committed to your growth and development.
What You’ll Do
- Learn and Grow: Participate in structured workplace experiences and training interventions aligned with your personal development objectives
- Provide HR Support: Assist the HR team with day-to-day operational and administrative tasks across various HR functions
- Build Relationships: Engage with internal customers and team members to support seamless HR service delivery
- Master Administration: Handle administrative duties including tracking, reporting, and maintaining accurate records with meticulous attention to detail
- Contribute Ideas: Bring fresh perspectives and support continuous improvement initiatives within the team
What We’re Looking For
Essential Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma (NQF 6/7) in Human Resources Management, Industrial Psychology, or related field
- Clear credit and criminal record
- Strong administrative and organizational capabilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with integrity
- Genuine passion for people and human resources
