Your Experience as an Intern

This isn’t a traditional internship where you’ll be making coffee or filing paperwork. From day one, you’ll be a valued member of a project team, working directly on client engagements alongside our experienced Consultants, Managers, Directors, and Partners.

Over four weeks, you’ll:

• Apply creative problem-solving to real business challenges
• Conduct comprehensive data analysis and transform findings into actionable insights
• Develop strategic recommendations that influence client decisions
• Gain exposure to commercial strategy across pricing, product, innovation, marketing, and sales

You’ll work in a fast-paced, commercially agile environment where responsibility is given early and learning curves are steep. This is your opportunity to test your abilities, develop new skills, and discover what consulting is really about.

Your Pathway to a Consulting Career

Our internship programme has become the primary route for recruiting entry-level Consultants in Johannesburg. Strong performers are offered the opportunity to join us as full-time Consultants from January 2026 onwards, upon completion of their studies. This isn’t just an internship—it’s a potential launchpad for your career.

Who We’re Looking For

We seek exceptional final-year students who:

• Are studying business, finance, engineering, science, or related fields
• Have demonstrated strong academic results
• Will complete their studies/graduate within 2026
• Possess outstanding analytical and communication abilities
• Show initiative, critical thinking, and a collaborative spirit
• Are proficient in MS Office
• Have a genuine passion for commercial strategy and growth
