About the Role

As a Data Analyst Graduate, you will be embedded in a dynamic team where you will gain firsthand exposure to data pipelines, ETL processes, analytics, and reporting. This role is designed to support initiatives that drive digital transformation, operational efficiency, and data-driven decision-making across our manufacturing operations — giving you real-world experience from day one.

Who Should Apply

This opportunity is ideally suited to graduates who hold a BSc in Computer Science, a BCom in Information Systems, or a Diploma in ICT/IT. Candidates should have exposure to Azure and Copilot Studio for cloud-based data solutions, along with practical knowledge of the following technical skills: SQL (joins, aggregations, filtering, and subqueries), Python programming for data manipulation and analysis, Jupyter Notebook for data exploration, Power BI for dashboards and visualisation, data formats such as CSV, JSON, and Excel, ETL concepts and data workflows, Streamlit or similar Python frameworks, and version control tools such as Git.

Skills & Competencies

Beyond technical ability, we are looking for individuals who demonstrate an analytical and technically curious mindset, strong attention to data accuracy and operational detail, and the ability to translate manufacturing or operational requirements into structured datasets. You should also possess clear written and verbal communication skills and a genuine eagerness to grow within data analytics and technology-driven process improvement.
