About the Role

As an Industrial Engineering Graduate, you will support the optimization of our manufacturing processes, supply chain planning, and resource utilization — all while ensuring full compliance with IATF16949 requirements. Reporting to the Plant Manager, you will work at the heart of our operations, collaborating with production, quality, engineering, and logistics teams to drive efficiency and deliver results.

Key Responsibilities

You will analyse production workflows and identify bottlenecks, applying tools such as Lean Six Sigma, value stream mapping, and time-motion studies to recommend practical improvements. You will support production planning by developing schedules, forecasting resource needs, and optimizing inventory levels to reduce waste and downtime. Conducting time studies, layout designs, and manufacturing simulations will form a core part of your day-to-day work, with a focus on scalability and cost reduction.

You will also collect and analyse data on key performance indicators including cycle time adherence, labour productivity, line balance efficiency, OEE improvement, and capacity utilisation. Additionally, you will maintain compliance documentation, assist with risk assessments, contribute to Kaizen and other continuous improvement projects, and prepare reports and presentations for senior management.

What We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate holds a Grade 12 certificate and a National Diploma in Industrial Engineering or a related field, along with at least one year of experience in an automotive manufacturing environment. You are analytically minded, a strong communicator, and a natural problem-solver who thrives in a collaborative setting. Honesty, trustworthiness, and good interpersonal skills are qualities we value deeply.
