About the Internship

This isn’t a “coffee-and-filing” internship. AVK’s graduate programme is structured to give you meaningful exposure across multiple departments through a series of planned rotations. You’ll move through areas such as Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, and other key support functions — building a comprehensive, end-to-end understanding of how a high-performing industrial business operates.

Along the way, you’ll contribute to real projects, assist with data analysis and reporting, and develop the kind of commercial acumen that turns graduates into future leaders.

📋 What You’ll Be Doing

During your rotations, you will assist host departments with day-to-day administrative tasks, data capturing, and basic reporting. You’ll support improvement initiatives and small projects — from process mapping to data analysis and follow-up coordination. You’ll also help compile summaries and presentations that capture your learnings from each rotation, steadily building your understanding of AVK’s products, customers, and internal operations.

Who We’re Looking For

We’re looking for final-year students or recent graduates with a qualification in Business, Commerce, Marketing, Management, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field. You should be proficient in Microsoft Office — particularly Excel and PowerPoint — and comfortable working with numbers and documentation.

Any project work, vacation work, or leadership experience gained during your studies will be a distinct advantage.
