About the Programme

Boxfusion has developed six graduate programmes and one health learnership spanning multiple departments within the organisation. Each programme combines domain-specific technical training with professional development in soft skills and business acumen, equipping graduates with everything they need to thrive in a corporate environment from day one.

From your very first week, you will undergo foundational training covering essential workplace tools such as Microsoft Teams, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Excel, and Lucid Chart. Beyond the technical, you will be developed as a professional — learning workplace etiquette, communication skills, time management, stakeholder engagement, personal branding, finance basics, and ethical leadership.

Who Should Apply?

Eligibility Criteria

• Age: Between 18 and 34 years old at the time of application
• Qualification: A completed or almost-completed Diploma or Degree in a relevant field of study. Final-year students who have not yet graduated are encouraged to apply
• Relocation: Must be willing to relocate to Midrand, where the programme is based
• IT Programmes: Applicants must be entering their first IT-related role — prior IT work experience disqualifies candidates for IT-specific programmes
• Citizenship: International applications are welcome; however, preference is given to South African citizens
• BBBEE Alignment: The programme supports South Africa’s economic transformation goals in line with BBBEE and Skills Development frameworks
