1. Supply Chain / Commercial Graduate

Do you have a passion for logistics, retail operations, and supply chain efficiency? Clicks Group is seeking a Supply Chain/Commercial Graduate to be based at their Head Office in Woodstock, Cape Town.

In this role, you will provide analytical support on the viability and implementation of supply chain and commercial initiatives designed to improve key performance indicators across the business. You will support the implementation of approved projects in line with standard project and chain management methodology, ensuring delivery within agreed time, cost, and quality parameters. You will also contribute to the development and training of new business processes and standard operating procedures, collaborate with IT on system and reporting improvements, and play an active role in supply chain project planning to ensure alignment with broader business goals.

Minimum Requirements:

• Completed Degree or BTech in Supply Chain, Logistics, BCom, or Retail Business Management

2. HR Graduate Program 2026

Are you a Human Resources graduate eager to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced retail environment? Clicks Group is recruiting six HR Graduates to be placed across three locations — two at Clicks Head Office in Cape Town, two at the Clicks Regional Office in Johannesburg, and two at the Clicks Regional Office in Pinetown.

As an HR Graduate, you will complete a wide range of HR administrative duties to support the timely resolution of queries and assist the broader HR team with day-to-day functions. Your responsibilities will include HR reporting, escalating queries to the appropriate departments, assisting with training-related tasks, and providing ad hoc administrative support including data capturing, meeting minutes, recruitment assistance, conducting interviews, and taking references.

3. Healthcare Graduate Program 2026

Clicks Group is recruiting two graduates on 12-month fixed-term contracts within the Healthcare department at Clicks Head Office in Woodstock, Cape Town. This programme is designed to provide graduates with comprehensive exposure to the retail industry, with a particular focus on healthcare, supply chain, merchandise buying, marketing, and eCommerce.

Participants in the Healthcare Graduate Programme can expect a structured and competitive learning journey that includes mentorship, job shadowing, hands-on project experience, and cross-functional exposure across various areas of the business. Graduates will work alongside experienced professionals, build valuable networks, and develop the technical and commercial skills required to thrive in a retail healthcare environment. Please note that participants must be willing to travel and that relocation may be required depending on where you are currently based.

Minimum Requirements:

• BCom Degree in Retail Business Management, Purchasing Management, or a related field from a recognised university
• Computer literacy in the Microsoft Office suite
• Knowledge of supply chain, procurement, retail management, financial planning, and market trends
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills

General Eligibility for All Three Programmes

All applicants across the three programmes must meet the following requirements:

• South African citizen between the ages of 18 and 29 years
• Currently unemployed
• Able to commit to a full 12-month programme
