Two positions are available, offering hands-on exposure to real-world factory operations within a fast-paced FMCG environment.
About the Internship
This internship is designed to give recent graduates and final-year students a practical foundation in manufacturing operations. As an Operations Intern, you will be embedded within the production environment, working alongside experienced teams in production planning, process monitoring, quality control, and continuous improvement. This is not a passive observational role — you will contribute meaningfully to daily operations from day one.

What You Will Do
Your responsibilities will span the full breadth of operational activity within the facility. Day to day, you can expect to assist with monitoring production activities and operational processes, support production planning and scheduling to drive efficiency, and collect and analyse operational data to identify areas for improvement. You will also assist in implementing process improvements to enhance overall productivity and work closely with production, engineering, and quality teams to ensure smooth operations throughout the plant.
Compliance will be a key part of your role. You will be expected to uphold safety, hygiene, and food safety standards at all times. Additional responsibilities include supporting inventory monitoring, tracking raw material usage, and assisting with the preparation of operational reports and documentation.
Who Should Apply
in2food is looking for candidates who hold, or are completing, a Diploma or Degree in Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Management, or a related field. Recent graduates and final-year students seeking workplace experience are both encouraged to apply.
Beyond academic qualifications, the ideal candidate brings strong analytical and problem-solving skills, good communication and teamwork abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. You should have a genuine interest in manufacturing and FMCG operations, strong attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.
