Derivco | Durban | Pretoria | Cape Town | Closing Date: 31 March 2026
Derivco is a global technology company that builds advanced software and infrastructure for financial markets. This is not a company that believes in theory over execution — it is a company that hires master builders and puts them to work from day one. The Derivco Graduate Programme 2026 is open to recent graduates across Durban, Pretoria, and Cape Town who are ready to stop waiting and start delivering.
If you have graduated in 2025 or 2026 with a degree in Software Engineering, IT, Computer Science, or a related field — and you are wired to build, test, and solve hard problems under pressure — this programme was designed for you.
What PRO-Mode Means
The Derivco Graduate Programme 2026 carries a clear philosophy: “We don’t hire potential to sit in training. We hire master builders to deploy.” From your first day, you are not an observer — you are a contributor. You join a high-performance squad, work in sprints, and tackle real challenges that require both technical depth and the ability to move fast.
PRO-Mode is not a label. It is a standard. You will be expected to own your outcomes, not just complete tasks. You will be supported by coaching, mentorship, and masterclasses — but the emphasis is always on what you build, how well it performs, and how quickly you grow.
Your first mission is simple: Build. Test. Improve. Repeat.
What You Will Be Doing
Inside the programme, you work within structured sprints that mirror the pace of a live technology environment. Problems are hard, standards are high, and feedback is fast. You will develop mastery with depth — not surface-level exposure — and contribute to solutions that must perform under real conditions. Every sprint is an opportunity to sharpen your skills, raise your standards, and prove that you can deliver.
Who PRO-Mode Is Made For
Derivco is looking for graduates who are strong coders with analytical precision, obsessed with solving difficult problems, and built to adapt and grow in fast-moving environments. You must be a team player who connects work to purpose, and you must be ready to take full ownership of your outcomes. If you thrive under pressure, learn quickly, and hold yourself to a high standard, you will fit in here.
