MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

To be considered for this role, applicants must meet the following criteria:

• A completed tertiary qualification — BCom or Diploma in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• A minimum academic average of 60%.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• A proactive attitude with a genuine willingness to learn and grow within a professional environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Finance Intern at Kia South Africa, you will be integrated into the Finance team and tasked with a range of support functions that will give you broad exposure to financial operations in the automotive sector. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting with the preparation of financial reports and performing account reconciliations.
• Supporting cost analysis processes and contributing to inventory tracking activities.
• Performing accurate data capturing and maintaining up-to-date financial records.
• Providing general support to the Finance team on ad-hoc tasks and projects as required.
