Why Our Programme?

The Scatec Graduate Programme is a corporate initiative designed to immerse you in real-world business processes. Based in our Cape Town office, you will experience:

· 24 months of intensive development with bi-annual progress reviews.
· Frequent, standardised competency assessments to track your growth.
· Fit-for-purpose training, plus continuous buddy and mentorship support.

Minimum Requirements

· A completed University qualification (see fields below) with a minimum cumulative average of 65%.
· Less than 24 months of full-time work experience.
· South African citizen with a clear criminal record.
· Certified academic transcripts and qualifications.

· Environmental Studies
