The Role

The successful intern will support the Group HR team across the full employee lifecycle, handling administrative responsibilities and assisting with day-to-day HR operations. Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing administrative support to the HR team across recruitment, HR business partnering, and learning and development functions
  • Supporting the recruitment process, including job postings, CV screening, and interview coordination
  • Assisting with onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Maintaining HR tracking sheets such as recruitment trackers, leave records, and new joiner reports
  • Ensuring HR data is accurate and up to date
  • Assisting with contractor administration and drafting HR documents
  • Supporting employee engagement initiatives and internal communications
  • Liaising with the Shared Service Centre on HR-related tasks

Minimum Requirements

Candidates must meet the following criteria to be considered:

  • Currently studying towards or recently completed a qualification in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, or a related field
  • Strong administrative, analytical, and organisational skills
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • High level of confidentiality and professionalism
  • Eagerness to learn and grow within the HR field
