About the Programme
The Graduate Trainee Programme 2026 is designed to develop young South African talent by immersing graduates in real-world operational experience within a leading automotive components manufacturer. Successful candidates will be integrated into the TBSA talent pipeline, positioning them for long-term career growth within the organisation.
Available Streams & Positions
TBSA is recruiting graduates in the following engineering disciplines:
- 3 x BSc Mechanical & Mechatronic Engineering
- 1 x BSc Chemical Engineering
- 2 x BEng/BSc Industrial Engineering
- 1 x BSc Information Engineering
- 1 x BEng/BSc Electrical & Electronic Engineering
Minimum Requirements
- Must be a South African Citizen
- Must have graduated and/or completed your degree
- Must not have previously participated in any Graduate Programme
Relevant Qualification
Matric & Degree (NQF 8) in one of the streams listed above.
Competencies
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Great work ethic and a strong appetite for learning and developing new skills
- Ability to work within a team and build productive working relationships
