This traineeship is an opportunity to gain hands-on experience within a world-class engineering environment.
About the Programme
The in-service training programme runs for 24 months and is structured around Experiential Training P1 and P2. Trainees will receive on-the-job training directly aligned to their qualification, ensuring all graduation requirements are met. Candidates who successfully complete P1 training will be automatically enrolled into P2, providing a seamless path through the full programme.
The training takes place across both office and factory environments, giving trainees well-rounded exposure to engineering processes and systems used in component manufacturing.

Minimum Requirements
Unemployed candidates who meet the following criteria are encouraged to apply:
- Currently enrolled in or in possession of an S4 Electrical Engineering qualification
- Genuine interest in pursuing a career in Engineering
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and systems used in component manufacturing
