Contract Type

Experiential Learning / Internship — this is a WIL placement aligned to University of Technology (UoT) programme requirements, covering both P1 and P2 experiential learning components.

Who Should Apply

To be considered for this opportunity, candidates must meet the following requirements:

  • Successfully completed all theoretical modules required for a National Diploma or Advanced Diploma in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
  • In possession of a valid, official WIL Letter (P1/P2 experiential learning request letter) issued by a recognised South African Higher Education Institution — specifically a University of Technology
  • Demonstrate strong technical aptitude relevant to the chosen engineering stream
  • Show a genuine commitment to workplace safety protocols and occupational health standards
  • Approach the placement with a proactive attitude toward learning, self-development, and professional conduct in an engineering environment

This opportunity is particularly well-suited to students at institutions such as Tshwane University of Technology (TUT), Vaal University of Technology (VUT), Cape Peninsula University of Technology (CPUT), Durban University of Technology (DUT), and similar UoT-affiliated institutions.
