This internship places you at the heart of that mission, embedded within the Industrial Performance Monitoring team and contributing directly to the Performance Management System (PMS) across the AMEI Cluster.

What You Will Do

This role is structured to give you practical, meaningful exposure — not just administrative support. You will:

• Learn and apply the company’s established PMS reporting standards and governance protocols, gaining insight into how large-scale industrial organisations manage performance data
• Assist with documentation and rollout of PMS best practices across the cluster
• Support data quality initiatives aimed at establishing the PMS as the definitive “one source of truth” — resolving discrepancies and strengthening data integrity
• Contribute to the maintenance and optimisation of data scripts and templates, leveraging AI tools to improve the KPI Automation Rate
• Develop and update standard weekly and monthly performance dashboards using existing templates
• Compile and format data extracts for monthly industrial performance reviews
• Assist with preliminary data analysis to investigate performance deviations against set targets

Who Should Apply

You will be a strong candidate if you:

• Are currently completing or have recently completed a Bachelor’s degree (BEng/BSc) in Industrial, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering, or Data Science with a focus on physical assets
• Are proficient in MS Excel and Google Sheets — VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and related functions
• Have some exposure to Python, SQL, R, or AI tools (desirable but not mandatory)
• Have familiarity with data visualisation platforms such as Power BI or Tableau (advantageous)
• Demonstrate strong problem-solving ability and a genuine interest in industrial KPIs and data governance
