Exxaro Matla Coal Mine is offering a 24-month Graduate Development Programme for unemployed graduates residing within the Ga-Nala community in Mpumalanga. This is a structured workplace experience opportunity hosted at one of South Africa’s leading coal mining operations in Kriel, Mpumalanga, giving selected graduates the chance to develop professional skills within a world-class mining environment.

Who Can Apply
The programme is open to unemployed graduates who reside within the Ga-Nala community and hold a relevant National Diploma or Degree. Applicants must also hold a Grade 12 certificate with a minimum of 40% in both English and Mathematics. Mathematics Literacy is not accepted.
