Key Responsibilities

Health, Safety and Environment (HSE): Candidates will promote and support a strong safety-first culture across all operations, ensure adherence to company HSE standards, policies, and applicable legislation, identify and report safety risks and near-miss incidents, and support emergency response processes, escalating risks when required.

Operations and Engineering Support: Successful candidates will participate in engineering, production, and quality improvement projects, conduct time and motion studies to improve efficiency and productivity, support the implementation of Lean and 5S methodologies across departments, assist with Value Stream Mapping to identify and eliminate inefficiencies, and provide operational support during plant and performance improvement initiatives.

Commercial and Business Exposure: Graduates will support the management of dealer relationships and service station operations, assist in monitoring performance indicators and identifying improvement opportunities, contribute to operational and commercial decision-making processes, and gain exposure to contract management, financial performance, and site optimisation.

Learning and Development: The programme is built to help graduates build strong cross-functional relationships across the business, develop problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills, gain exposure to both technical engineering and commercial business environments, and grow into a role with increasing accountability for performance and operations over time.

Candidate Profile

TotalEnergies is looking for candidates who hold a completed Engineering degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical, or a related field, with less than one year of relevant experience. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, along with a proactive, self-driven attitude and a genuine willingness to learn. Candidates should demonstrate good communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to work both independently and collaboratively, and a strong interest in operations, business performance, and continuous improvement.
