QBurst Technologies SA (Pty) Ltd is offering twelve fully funded, twelve-month learnership places in software testing, giving unemployed young South Africans a structured pathway into quality engineering and test automation. The programme combines a registered NQF Level 6 information and communication technology qualification with hands-on workplace experience in a live software-engineering environment. Learners who complete the programme work towards internationally recognised software-testing certification through ISTQB and SA-STQB as part of the qualification outcome.

This is a genuine opportunity for young people with a relevant technical background to build a career in software quality assurance while earning a qualification and gaining mentored, real-world project experience alongside QBurst’s engineering teams.

Who Can Apply

  • You must be unemployed at the start of the learnership. Candidates already employed elsewhere do not qualify under the terms of this programme.
  • You must hold a completed qualification at NQF Level 6 (a degree or diploma) in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a closely related field.
  • You should ordinarily be between 18 and 29 years of age.
  • You must be a South African citizen and available to start on the programme commencement date.
