Aurex Constructors is opening applications for its 2026/2027 Graduate Development Programme, a structured entry point into the built environment sector for South African graduates across seven disciplines. Successful candidates will gain hands-on, project-based exposure across Aurex’s Construction, Oil, Gas & Chemicals, Mining, and Renewable Energy portfolios, working alongside experienced professionals on live projects located throughout South Africa.

This year’s intake spans engineering, finance, legal, and built-environment support disciplines, giving graduates from a wide range of academic backgrounds the opportunity to build a career with a company that has established itself as a serious player in large-scale infrastructure and industrial project delivery.

Electrical Engineering Graduate Development Programme – Design
Ideal for graduates holding a BSc or BEng in Electrical Engineering who want to develop technical expertise through practical project exposure on the design side of electrical systems work.

Electrical Engineering Graduate Development Programme – Field
For graduates who have completed a National Diploma or BTech in Electrical Engineering and are ready to gain valuable on-site experience, working directly at project locations across South Africa.

Civil Engineering Graduate Development Programme – Design
Open to graduates holding a BSc or BEng in Civil Engineering who are ready to apply their engineering knowledge in a real-world design environment and are willing to work at project locations countrywide.

Civil Engineering Graduate Development Programme – Field
Suited to graduates who hold a National Diploma or BTech in Civil Engineering and are ready to build their career through hands-on experience at project sites across South Africa.

Finance Graduate Development Programme
Designed for recent BCom Finance graduates who want to gain practical accounting experience while supporting projects across Aurex’s sectors. Aurex is looking for curious, analytical individuals who enjoy solving problems and are ready to grow in a dynamic environment.

Contracts Graduate Development Programme
Aimed at Law graduates with a solid understanding of contract law who are keen to develop their skills within construction contracts and legal services. Strong drafting abilities are essential.

Quantity Surveying Graduate Development Programme
Open to graduates who have completed a BTech, BSc/BEng in Construction Management, or a BSc (Hons) in Quantity Surveying, and are ready to learn and build a career through hands-on experience at project sites across South Africa.
