We are opening applications for our 2026 Graduate Internship Programme, and we’re looking for driven, recent graduates across five disciplines: Human Resources, Information Technology, Finance & Procurement, Environmental & Sustainability, and Engineering. If you’ve recently completed your qualification and are ready to bring energy, curiosity, and commitment to a real working environment, this is your opportunity to build practical experience with a team that invests in its people.

This is a 12 to 24 month, full-time internship based at 1 Alsatian Road, Midrand, with a gross monthly stipend of R6,000 to R6,500. No prior experience is required — what we’re looking for is potential, a strong work ethic, and a genuine willingness to learn.

Positions available:

Graduate Intern – Human Resources (x1)
Support the HR team across the employee lifecycle — recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, records management, and reporting. You’ll learn HR policy and employment legislation under supervision while maintaining strict confidentiality. Ideal for a recent graduate with an HR-related qualification.

Graduate Intern – Information Technology (x2)
Provide first-line IT support, assist with hardware and software installation, support user account administration, and help maintain the IT asset register. A great entry point for graduates with a foundation in computer hardware, software, and networking.

Graduate Intern – Finance & Procurement (x2)
Get hands-on with invoice processing, supplier administration, reconciliations, purchase order administration, vendor onboarding, and audit preparation. Suited to graduates with a National Diploma or Degree in Financial Management, Accounting, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Economics, or Business Management with a finance/procurement focus.

Graduate Intern – Environmental & Sustainability (x1)
Conduct environmental inspections, audits, and water and noise monitoring; support incident investigations and awareness campaigns; and help drive compliance with environmental legislation and standards. Requires a National Diploma or Degree in Environmental Management, Environmental Sciences, or a related field.

Graduate Intern – Engineering (x4)
Support the Maintenance Department with inspections of rail, electronic, mechanical, civil, building, and electrical infrastructure, including night shift work. You’ll assist with fault finding, troubleshooting, and maintenance data capturing. Requires a National Diploma or Degree in Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering, or a related qualification. A valid driver’s license and comfort working at heights are important.

What we’re looking for across all streams:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, high integrity, attention to detail, good organisational and time management skills, a willingness to learn and take initiative, sound problem-solving ability, adaptability, and the capacity to work both independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and fluency in English are required for all positions.

Closing date: 30 July 2026

Please note that correspondence will be limited to shortlisted candidates. If you have not been contacted within three months of the closing date, please consider your application unsuccessful.

If any of these roles match your qualification and ambition, we’d love to hear from you.
