Apex Group is offering an Internship Programme designed to give graduates real workplace experience and a strong foundation for their careers. This is a unique opportunity to join a global business with a genuine track record of developing talent. Successful interns are placed within various divisions of Apex Fund Services South Africa, gaining hands-on experience directly relevant to their field of study.

About the Programme

Interns are placed on a 12-month contract and receive a monthly stipend. Responsibilities differ depending on the department an intern is placed in, but all interns are expected to contribute to a culture of quality and excellence through risk awareness and adherence to compliance standards and operational controls.

At the end of the 12-month contract, interns who meet Apex’s recruitment requirements may apply for available permanent vacancies on the company’s career portal. While there are no guarantees, Apex has a strong history of successfully placing interns into permanent roles.

Requirements

• A completed degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, IT, Investment, Legal, Marketing, or an equivalent qualification (essential)
• No prior work experience required
• Strong numeracy and analytical skills
• Good problem-solving ability
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to follow rules and procedures
• Ability to work independently and use initiative
• Ability to work well within a team
