Fidelity Services Group is inviting ambitious, high-performing graduates to apply for its 18-Month Graduate Development Programme based in Johannesburg, Gauteng. This is a fixed-term opportunity designed to give graduates practical, hands-on experience within a leading corporate organisation, combining structured development, exposure to multiple business functions, and job rotation.
Successful candidates will build the technical, professional, and leadership skills required for a successful career, while contributing to meaningful business initiatives across the organisation. Applicants must reside in Johannesburg or be willing to relocate to Gauteng at their own expense.
Minimum Requirements
Applicants must have a Bachelor’s Degree in one of the following fields:
- Operations Management
- Artificial Intelligence (AI) & Data Science
- Engineering
- General Management
A postgraduate qualification will be advantageous.
Candidates must also have:
- A valid South African driver’s licence
- Their own reliable vehicle
- A clear criminal record
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite
- Willingness to travel and participate in job rotations across business units

About the Programme
Over 18 months, graduates will rotate through various business units, gaining broad exposure to how a large corporate organisation operates. This structured approach helps build well-rounded professionals equipped with practical experience, business insight, and leadership capability, positioning them for long-term career growth within the organisation.
