Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in one of the following: Human Resource Development, Industrial Psychology, Finance/Accounting, Mechanical Engineering, or Business Administration
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); Power BI or SQL is advantageous
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • Self-driven, curious, and eager to learn
