Candidates need computer literacy in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, strong organisational skills, good telephone etiquette, and the ability to communicate professionally across all levels.

Administration Clerk

This position renders general clerical and supply chain support, including managing correspondence, records, and registers, handling procurement documentation, maintaining stock and asset registers, and supporting personnel administration. Requirements include good verbal and written communication, computer literacy, and strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.

Supply Chain Clerk

This role supports asset management and demand/acquisition functions, including maintaining supplier databases, registering suppliers on LOGIS, processing quotations and orders, and providing logistical support during bid processes. Basic knowledge of supply chain practices and public service procedures is beneficial, along with computer literacy and solid communication skills.
