The EHL Group is calling on ambitious final-year engineering students and recent graduates to apply for its Young Professionals Development Programme 2026 — a structured graduate opportunity spanning EHL Engineering Services, EHL Consulting Engineers, P2K, and Minco.

This is real experience on real projects with real impact. Successful candidates will be exposed to the full engineering project lifecycle, gaining practical skills that directly support the journey toward ECSA registration.

Minimum Requirements:

• South African citizen
• Final-year student or recent graduate in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil & Structural, or Control & Instrumentation Engineering
• Strong academic record
• Passion for engineering and practical learning
• Willingness to travel and work on projects when required
• Non-EE/AA position
