About the Role
This internship blends internal sales support with field-based technical work. You’ll be exposed to the full presales cycle — from product training to customer-facing technical support — giving you a well-rounded introduction to how technology companies bring solutions to market. You’ll work closely with our Product Presales team, gaining insight into how technical expertise translates into business results.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with pre-sales technical support, helping the sales team understand and communicate product capabilities to clients
- Participate in structured training sessions to build product knowledge and technical competence
- Provide on-site technical support to customers, including field visits to enhance customer engagement
- Collect and analyze market and customer feedback on products to support ongoing improvement and sales strategy
Qualifications
- Diploma in Electrical Engineering
- Valid Driver’s License
- Authorized to work in South Africa
Employment Type
8-month fixed-term contract, on-site in the City of Johannesburg, Gauteng.
