Givaudan is offering an exceptional opportunity for graduates to join its Operations Leadership Program, a structured two-year journey combining hands-on training, functional rotations, and leadership development within a global manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for professionals who want to build core technical and problem-solving skills while progressing into leadership within a fast-paced, people-intensive production setting.

What You’ll Experience
Functional Rotations: Trainees will complete up to seven rotations designed to build a strong, well-rounded understanding of the Operations function. Each rotation is guided by a dedicated Departmental Sponsor or Learning Leader. Rotation areas include Production, Quality Lab, Warehouse/Distribution, Production Planning & Scheduling, Plant Maintenance, Quality Management & Process Technology, and Engineering.
Functional Exposure: Beyond core manufacturing, trainees will gain cross-functional insight into EH&S, Operational Accounting, HR, FC&A, Sales & Technology, Commercial, Customer Care, PID & Regulatory, Regional Supply Chain, and Samples.
Leadership Development: Trainees will transition into a leadership role, developing people-management skills while supervising daily departmental operations. Participants will also lead or contribute to key projects throughout the program.
Your Professional Profile
- Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field
- Fluent in English
- At least 2 years of working experience
- Experience in an industrial or manufacturing setting preferred
- Results-oriented mindset
- Adaptable to a constantly changing work environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
