About the Opportunity
This graduate programme goes beyond standard work experience. Graduates will be exposed to core areas of electronics manufacturing including Surface Mount Technology (SMT), Printed Board Assembly (PBA), electronics testing, prototyping, and new product introduction (NPI). The programme also covers process engineering, quality assurance, automation, continuous improvement, supply chain, and production operations.
Successful candidates will learn how electronic designs are transformed into finished, tested products, while developing the technical and professional skills needed to thrive in advanced manufacturing environments.
