About the Programme

Mondelēz International is looking for the next generation of young, innovative and entrepreneurial leaders to join its Graduate Programme in the Sub-Saharan Africa Business Unit.

This is a 2-year rotational leadership programme. You will move through different parts of the business, put your talents, skills and abilities to work, and help lead the future of snacking.

Programmes Open for Applications

Commercial Strategy Graduate Programme
A minimum of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Finance, Economics / Econometrics, or Business Management.

Human Resources Graduate Programme
A bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Human Resources.

Marketing Graduate Programme
A bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Marketing.

Engineering Graduate Programme
A bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Control and Automation Engineering, or Mechatronics Engineering.
