ESG Graduate Programme

Location: Pretoria, Gauteng, South Africa

Responsibilities:

The areas of responsibility include but are not limited to;-

• Collection of baseline data which will serve as a benchmark against for evaluating performance against set targets.
• Internal data review over baseline data to ensure access to verifiable, consistently accurate and relevant data.
• Maintaining the integrity of the information on the monitoring and evaluation tool for reporting purposes.
• Work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that ESG initiatives are monitored and evaluated accurately.

Qualifications: A Diploma/Degree in;-

• Environmental Sciences,
• Social Science,
• Law,
• Economics,
• Accounting,
• Internal Audit,
• Commercial Engineering
• Or other Sustainability-related disciplines is considered a strong added value.

Graduate Programme

Responsibilities:

The areas of responsibility include but are not limited to;-

• Deliver a positive and professional client service experience to branch customers.
• Manage client inquiries at branches and documenting activities and outcomes.
• Escalate customer complaints or complex queries to supervisors and branch managers in a timely manner.
• Provide clients with technical assistance on products and services offered by AVBOB Member Value.
• Build positive client relations by checking in regularly and following up on active processes.
• Maintain client records and documenting processes.
• Through post service surveys, identify potential client services concerns and facilitate proactive intervention steps.
• Keep an eye on emerging trends in client services and assist the team in leveraging these trends.
• Recommend product improvements based on client services feedback.
