Industrial Psychology Internship Opportunity at Eskom

Eskom invites qualified and motivated individuals to apply for an 18-month Industrial Psychology Internship designed to provide practical experience in human resource functions, talent management, and psychological assessments. This program offers valuable exposure to the corporate environment, allowing interns to develop essential skills for a career in Industrial Psychology.

Interns will gain firsthand experience in key areas of organizational psychology, career development, and employee assessments while working under the guidance of experienced professionals. The program is structured to ensure a meaningful learning experience, contributing to the development of future Industrial Psychologists.

Minimum Requirements

Applicants must meet the following academic and professional requirements:

  • Master’s qualification in Industrial Psychology or
  • M1 completed with research submitted for examination
  • Registered as a Student Psychologist with the HPCSA
  • A valid driver’s license is advantageous but not mandatory

Key Responsibilities

  • Career Psychology – Assisting in employee career development initiatives
  • Testing and Assessment – Conducting psychometric assessments and data analysis
