Job Summary

As a Junior Business Analyst, you will play a key role in ensuring that software solutions align with business objectives and effectively address stakeholder needs. Your responsibilities will include requirements gathering, testing, documentation, and liaising with users for modifications or new applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and propose technology-driven solutions.

• Participate in user guidance and liaison for modifications to existing applications or development of new applications.

• Conduct testing (SIT, UAT, etc.), including creating test cases and ensuring smooth implementation.

• Develop release notes, training materials, and provide training to users.

• Support Operations Managers and Executives with project-related requests.

• Assist management with ad-hoc tasks as required.

Minimum Requirements

Education:

• Diploma in IT, Business Analysis, or Administration.

• Certificate in IT or Business Analysis is an advantage.

Experience:

• One to three years of experience in financial services.

• Proven experience in software development projects as a business analyst.

Knowledge & Skills:

• Strong analytical skills to understand complex business processes and propose solutions.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.

• Proficiency in requirement elicitation techniques such as workshops, interviews, and surveys.

• Experience with requirements management tools within the Microsoft ecosystem.

• Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, or Kanban methodologies and experience working in Agile environments.
