Role Overview:
Siemens is seeking a dynamic and motivated individual for its Intern Technical (Field and Repair) program. This internship provides hands-on experience in the Field Services and Repairs Development Program, equipping candidates with both technical expertise and essential soft skills. It’s an excellent opportunity to learn Siemens’ product range and advanced technologies while working alongside expert teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform operational tasks, measurements, and activities as assigned by management.
- Learn and apply industry techniques, tools, and processes in the respective field.
- Support qualified personnel with administrative tasks to ensure efficient workflow.
- Engage in job shadowing, gaining exposure to real-world projects.
Program Exposure:
Interns will gain practical knowledge and experience in the following areas:
- Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs)
- Variable Speed Drives (VSDs)
- Soft Starters and Simocodes
- Introduction to Electrical Motors
- Repairs and Field Services
Qualifications & Skills Required:
Candidates should be pursuing or have completed a qualification in Electrical Engineering or Mechatronics and possess the following attributes:
- High performer with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work both independently and within a team.
- Excellent attention to detail and professional judgment.
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Intellectual curiosity, safety consciousness, and high integrity.
