About the Role

Eskom’s Turbo Gen Services (TGS) is seeking 30 Engineers in Training (Mechanical) to join the team at various sites. This opportunity allows recent graduates to gain hands-on experience in Turbine Plant and Auxiliary Systems.

Minimum Requirements

Qualifications:

• B-Tech in Mechanical Engineering, or

• B.Sc in Mechanical Engineering, or

• B.Eng in Mechanical Engineering

Skills and Competencies:

• Proficiency in MS Word and Excel

• Strong leadership skills

• Effective problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities

• A valid Code B driver’s license

Attributes:

• Excellent communication skills

• Ability to work under pressure

• Honest and reliable

• Adaptable to change

• Self-motivated and proactive thinker

Key Responsibilities

This is a training program, and specific responsibilities will be assigned upon placement.
