Administrative Clerk — West Rand (Recruit 2026/105) and Johannesburg (Recruit 2026/106)
Based at the CPP offices in the West Rand and Johannesburg, these roles involve generating and collating court statistics, updating case registers on the Electronic Case Management System (ECMS), liaising with prosecutors and SAPS, registering and scanning incoming dockets, managing case flow, and communicating with NPA stakeholders including witnesses and complainants.
Administrative Clerk — Bloemfontein, Batho (Recruit 2026/101)
This position provides high-quality administrative support to the office of the Senior Prosecutor and District Court Control Prosecutor. Duties include drafting correspondence, maintaining an organised administrative system, providing logistical and finance support to legal staff, and delivering mail and general clerical services.
Administrative Clerk — Gqeberha (Recruit 2026/102) — 2 Posts
Responsibilities include registering and scanning incoming dockets, capturing and updating information on the Electronic Case Register (ECR), generating statistical reports using Power BI and PowerPoint tools, maintaining the e-disclosure platform, and managing prosecutor caseloads.
Administrative Clerk — Butterworth, Lady Frere (Recruit 2026/103)
This role supports the Senior Prosecutor and cluster prosecutors with administrative, logistical, and clerical functions. Duties include liaising with the public and SAPS, collating and capturing statistics, managing correspondence and dockets, and providing support for civil matters addressed to the unit.
Human Resources Clerk — Grahamstown (Recruit 2026/104)
Based at the DPP office in Grahamstown, this HR role involves facilitating recruitment processes, administering training and development programmes, managing performance administration, providing HR advice to staff, and maintaining PERSAL records including leave applications.
Requirements
All positions require a Grade 12 certificate or equivalent qualification. Applicants must demonstrate the ability to act independently, professionally, and with accountability and credibility. Strong written and verbal communication skills, good interpersonal skills, and computer literacy in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint are essential across all roles.
Salary
R228 321 per annum (excluding benefits) — Level 5.
