What You’ll Do

In this exciting role, you’ll provide crucial technical support to our Sales team while developing your expertise in pump systems and customer solutions. Your responsibilities will include:

Technical Excellence:

• Select and specify optimal pump solutions based on diverse customer requirements
• Conduct comprehensive system analysis and fault-finding at client sites
• Compile detailed technical reports, proposals, and root cause analyses
• Provide first-line technical support and consulting for complex pump applications

Customer Engagement:

• Guide customers through technical product selections
• Assist with on-site product installations
• Support Sales representatives in client presentations
• Travel to customer sites (typically 3-4 day trips with company transport provided)

Quality Assurance:

• Maintain exceptional Customer Support quality standards
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously in our fast-paced environment
• Take ownership of all technical aspects within your designated area

What We’re Looking For

Education & Experience:

• B.Eng or BSc.Eng degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Metallurgical Engineering
• 0-2 years of professional experience (recent graduates welcome)
• Pump-related experience advantageous but not essential

Key Skills:

• Strong mechanical and process engineering aptitude
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Advanced proficiency in MS Word and Excel
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences
