We are looking for energetic, self-motivated individuals who are passionate about engineering and technology to join our Apprenticeship Programme. This is your chance to gain practical and theoretical training, preparing you for a successful career in your chosen trade and artisan status.

Available Apprenticeship Trades and Locations:

• Fitter – 4 positions (Wadeville)
• Armature Winder – 2 positions (Wadeville)
• Rigger – 1 position (Wadeville)
• Turner – 2 positions (Wadeville)
• Electrician – 3 positions (Wadeville)
• Welder – 3 positions (Wadeville)
• Boilermaker – 1 position (Wadeville)
• Millwright – 3 positions (Emalahleni)

Minimum Qualifications and Requirements:

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Completed N3 with 4 subjects, including trade theory, with at least a D symbol in Mathematics and Physical Science.
• NC(V) Level 4 with a minimum D symbol in Mathematics and one engineering-related subject.
• S1 or higher qualification is also accepted.
• Strong technical aptitude and a passion for mechanical and electrical infrastructure.
• Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.

Selection Process:

• Previous technical experience or training will be an added advantage.
• Psychometric tests and interviews will form part of the selection process.
• Pre-employment medical assessments are mandatory.
• Reference and security checks will be conducted.
• Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.

Training Locations: Apprenticeships will be placed at our sites in Wadeville, Emalahleni, and Secunda. Institutional training will be provided at Witbank (CTC) and Wadeville (SAJ).
