Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in designing and developing hydraulic control systems for diverse applications.
- Prepare Hydraulic Flow Diagrams, Bills of Material, technical documentation, test procedures, and engineering reports.
- Perform simulations and analyses using tools like MATLAB or Simulink to optimize system performance.
- Participate in rigorous testing and validation to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate hydraulic solutions into product lines.
- Support troubleshooting and problem resolution during development and production phases.
- Stay current with industry trends and contribute innovative ideas for continuous improvement.
- Provide technical guidance to manufacturing and quality assurance teams.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field.
- Coursework or practical experience in hydraulic systems and controls is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in simulation software (e.g., MATLAB, Simulink).
- Basic understanding of control theory and fluid dynamics.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Preferred Experience:
- Internship or co-op experience in an engineering environment.
- Familiarity with CAD software and hydraulic circuit design (AutoCAD and Creo preferred).
- Knowledge of industry standards and regulatory requirements related to hydraulic systems.
