About AVBOB and the Internship Programme
AVBOB Mutual Assurance Society, a company with a proud history of over 100 years, is inviting unemployed South African graduates between the ages of 18 and 35 to apply for its 2025 Internship Programme in Limpopo. AVBOB is known for its strong customer-focused values and offers a dynamic work environment where interns will gain valuable industry experience.
As part of this programme, interns will receive exposure to various aspects of business operations, particularly in client services and business development. AVBOB values employee growth and development, providing access to wellness initiatives and employee assistance programs.
Key Responsibilities:
โ๏ธ Deliver a professional and positive client service experience at AVBOB branches.
โ๏ธ Handle client inquiries, document activities, and ensure timely resolution of customer concerns.
โ๏ธ Escalate complex queries or customer complaints to supervisors and branch managers when necessary.
โ๏ธ Provide clients with assistance on AVBOB Member Value products and services.
โ๏ธ Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups.
โ๏ธ Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation.
โ๏ธ Identify potential service concerns and facilitate proactive solutions.
โ๏ธ Stay informed on emerging client service trends and suggest improvements.
Minimum Requirements:
๐ Qualifications (Applicants must hold a degree in one of the following fields):
- Financial Degree
- Accounting/Economics Degree
- BSc Information Systems
- Marketing Management Degree
- Business Administration Degree
๐ก Skills & Experience (Advantageous but not mandatory):
