What You’ll Do

Requirements Gathering & Documentation

• Partner with business stakeholders to capture and document comprehensive requirements
• Create Business Requirement Definitions, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Support requirements tracking and ensure alignment across implementation teams

Project Implementation & Analysis

• Participate in Joint Application Development (JAD) sessions
• Conduct process and gap analysis to identify improvement opportunities
• Support business initiative implementations from conception to delivery
• Present analysis findings to stakeholders with senior analyst guidance

Professional Development

• Work under mentorship of experienced Lead and Senior Business Analysts
• Participate in requirement walkthroughs, design reviews, and testing phases
• Build expertise in business analysis methodologies and best practices
• Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies

What We’re Looking For

Education & Qualifications

• NQF Level 7 qualification (Bachelor’s degree) or currently studying towards completion by end of 2024
• Preferred fields: Information Technology, Computer Science, or related disciplines
• Strong academic performance demonstrating analytical capabilities
