About the Role

As a Business Data Analyst Graduate, you will work at the heart of Roche’s commercial operations, supporting teams across Marketing, Sales, and Finance with data that shapes real business decisions. From building interactive Tableau dashboards to analyzing market trends and field force performance, you will gain hands-on experience that sets the foundation for a long-term career in pharmaceutical analytics.

What You’ll Be Doing

You will extract and clean data from multiple platforms including SAP, CRM systems, and IQVIA market data, then transform that data into clear, actionable insights. You will design and maintain automated Tableau dashboards that bring complex business questions to life visually. Beyond the numbers, you will collaborate cross-functionally to evaluate customer segmentation, territory alignment, and the impact of promotional campaigns — directly supporting brand strategies and new product launches. You will also play a key role in data governance, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and consistency across all reporting systems.

Who We’re Looking For

You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Information Systems, Economics, Finance, or a related field. You have strong Excel skills, a working knowledge of SQL, and some exposure to Tableau dashboard development. You are detail-oriented, analytically minded, and eager to grow. Exposure to SAP, CRM systems such as Veeva or Salesforce, or IQVIA data is a bonus, as is an interest in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.
