Position Overview
We are offering a unique 18-month structured Candidate Technician program, aligned with the Engineering Council of South Africa (ECSA) requirements. This program provides hands-on experience, mentorship, and training in various engineering fields, including Electrical, Instrumentation, Mechanical, Chemical, Metallurgical, and Industrial engineering. As a Candidate Technician, you will work alongside industry experts and gain valuable insights into the steel manufacturing process.
Upon completion of the program, successful candidates will be eligible for permanent employment based on their performance.
Qualifications
- Completed Diploma (NQF 6) in one of the following disciplines:
- Electrical Engineering
- Instrumentation Engineering
- Mechanical Engineering
- Chemical Engineering
- Metallurgical Engineering
- Industrial Engineering
- Proven record of academic excellence from a recognized South African University of Technology
