JMG SA 1 (PTY) LTD | One Processing | Brits & Makgope, North-West Province
Are you a sharp, motivated graduate ready to roll up your sleeves and dive headfirst into one of South Africa’s most dynamic industries? One Processing, a progressive and innovative metals recovery and processing operation within the JMG SA 1 group, is calling on bold, driven individuals to join our Graduate-in-Training programme — and your journey in the South African Chrome and PGM industry starts right here.
We don’t just offer jobs. We offer futures.
Located in the Brits and Makgope areas of the North-West Province, our operations sit at the heart of South Africa’s precious metals sector. We are a fast-paced, hard-working team that believes in getting things done — and we’re looking for graduates who share that same hunger and commitment.
What We’re Looking For
We want candidates who hold a Degree or National Diploma in one of the following fields: Metallurgical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Accounting and Commercial, Safety and Health, Human Resources, or Logistics.
Beyond your qualification, we’re looking for someone who is self-driven, eager to learn, and unafraid of getting their hands dirty. You must hold a valid South African Identity Document and have less than two years of working experience in the industry. The ideal candidate is someone who cannot wait to contribute — someone who sees a team and immediately wants to make it stronger.
What You’ll Get
This is a 12-month fixed-term in-service training contract designed to give you real, comprehensive exposure to industry operations from Day 1. You won’t be sitting behind a desk watching others work — you’ll be in the thick of it, gaining rotational exposure across our operations, packing a bag when needed, and meeting new people and new challenges every step of the way.
You’ll work alongside experienced industry leaders who are invested in your growth. Our team values every individual’s input regardless of their background, ethnicity, gender, or personal beliefs. Preference will be given to candidates from our local communities, in line with our Employment Equity plan and transformation targets.
All appointments are subject to a “medically fit” clearance from our Occupational Medical Practitioner and will be finalized after careful consideration of job fit and our commitments to equity in employment.
How to Apply
If you’re ready for the challenge and cannot wait to be part of a winning team, send your CV to recruitment@oneprocessing.co.za by 5 March 2026. Please use the reference “GIT 2026” in the subject line.
Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted. If you have not heard from us within 21 days of the closing date, please consider your application unsuccessful.
One Processing reserves the right not to fill the advertised positions. Your personal information will be retained for 3 months before being securely destroyed.
Take the first step. Your future in precious metals starts here.
