Purpose of the Programme

Minimum Qualification
Applicants must meet the following educational requirement:

• Grade 12 (Matric)
• BSc / Bachelor’s Degree / BTech in Civil Engineering

Candidate Requirements

• Must be medically fit
• Will be required to pass client screening, including criminal record screening
• Will be required to complete and pass client induction
• Must be unemployed at the time of application
• Must be willing to undergo psychometric assessments
• Must not have participated in any similar graduate programme before
• Must be willing to relocate to any Fraser Alexander site within South Africa if required
• Background screening of qualifications will be conducted
