Minimum Requirements:

  • Matric/Grade 12/Senior Certificate
  • Knowledge of the Unemployment Insurance Act, Public Finance Management Act (PFMA), POPIA, and UIF policies
  • Proficiency in computer applications and customer service principles
  • Strong communication, interview, conflict management, and analytical skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide screening services for clients and applicants
  • Process Unemployment Insurance Fund (UIF) benefit applications accurately
  • Register payment continuation forms and maintain client records
  • Perform administrative tasks in line with departmental procedures
  • Deliver excellent customer service while promoting UIF programs and policies
