The Role:
We’re seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our team. If you’re organized, passionate about digital marketing, and love working in a fast-paced, creative environment, we’d love to hear from you!

You’ll work closely with our marketing and creative teams to plan, execute, and track various campaigns. You’ll help manage content calendars, monitor analytics, liaise with clients, and ensure all projects are delivered on time and on brand.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels
• Maintain and update content calendars for social media and email marketing
• Assist in creating reports to track KPIs and campaign performance
• Liaise with designers, writers, and developers to ensure timely delivery of marketing assets
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis
• Support in organizing promotional events or webinars
• Maintain internal documentation and help with client communication

Requirements:

• A diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• 1–2 years of marketing experience (agency experience is a plus)
• Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms (social, email, SEO, Google Ads)
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana)
• Strong communication and writing skills
• A self-starter attitude with a keen eye for detail
